❌ Refund is unavailable in one of the following cases:

  1. Refund request has been submitted later than the halfway point of the validity period(e.g. e.g. in the case of a 30-day monthly plan, refunds are unavailable from the 15th day)
  2. Half or more of the credits in the package have been used(e.g. in the case of 6 Credits, refunds are unavailable if three or more credits have been used)
  3. Refund request is for credit(s) that have been used or deducted(e.g. due to lesson cancellation within 24 hours prior to the lesson, lessons with student no-show, etc.)
  4. Refund request is for credit(s) provided free of charge
  5. Refund request is for credit(s) with extended expiration dates
  6. Refund request is for credit(s) for which lesson certificates or attendance certificates have been issued
  7. Refund request is for credit(s) with special benefits
  8. Refund request has been submitted after the account has been deleted

🔵  In all other cases, refunds are made according to the refund policy below:

  1. Full refund: Unused monthly plans (none of the credits has been used) are eligible for a full refund
  2. Partial refund: Used packages (one or more credit has been used) are eligible for a refund amount equal to the [Total Payment] minus cancellation penalty (which equals to 10% of the [Original Price]) minus the [Cost of Used Credits]

💡 Other precautions

  1. Refunds are made to the method of payment used at the time of original payment. If you'd like to process the refund to a different account, please let us know.
  2. Any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
