❌ Refund is unavailable in one of the following cases:
- Refund request has been submitted later than the halfway point of the validity period(e.g. e.g. in the case of a 30-day monthly plan, refunds are unavailable from the 15th day)
- Half or more of the credits in the package have been used(e.g. in the case of 6 Credits, refunds are unavailable if three or more credits have been used)
- Refund request is for credit(s) that have been used or deducted(e.g. due to lesson cancellation within 24 hours prior to the lesson, lessons with student no-show, etc.)
- Refund request is for credit(s) provided free of charge
- Refund request is for credit(s) with extended expiration dates
- Refund request is for credit(s) for which lesson certificates or attendance certificates have been issued
- Refund request is for credit(s) with special benefits
- Refund request has been submitted after the account has been deleted
🔵 In all other cases, refunds are made according to the refund policy below:
- Full refund: Unused monthly plans (none of the credits has been used) are eligible for a full refund
- Partial refund: Used packages (one or more credit has been used) are eligible for a refund amount equal to the [Total Payment] minus cancellation penalty (which equals to 10% of the [Original Price]) minus the [Cost of Used Credits]
- Total Payment: Total payment you made
- Cost of Used Credits for Paid Credits: Calculated as the actual price of the package divided by the number of credits multiplied by the number of paid credits
- Cost of Used Credits for Free Credits: Set by the Company
💡 Other precautions
- Refunds are made to the method of payment used at the time of original payment. If you'd like to process the refund to a different account, please let us know.
- Any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
