Zoom Audio Issues
If Zoom audio is not working, click the [Join Audio] button on the bottom-left corner of the Zoom window.
- The headphone icon indicates that the audio is not connected. Click [Join Audio] to connect to the audio.
- If the audio is muted after being connected, click [Unmute].
- If your mic button has no red slash through it (as in the last icon in the image), your microphone is on and working properly.
When using a headset
- If you are using a headset, join audio first before connecting your headset.
Zoom Recording
- If you have opted for audio-recording (while setting your lesson style), only the audio will be recorded and provided for you to review.
- Please note that the [●] mark on the Zoom window and the voice saying “Recording in progress” is due to the default setting of the Zoom client. Your face or screen will NOT be recorded.
- ⚠️ Ringle Teens does NOT offer any screen recordings and ONLY offer audio recordings.
