Network connection error during the lesson
💡 If your network connection is unstable during the lesson, please follow the steps below.
- Leave an inquiry by clicking [Help] at the top-right corner of the screen.
- After completing the class, please rate [Network] with 3 points or less among the evaluation items for the lesson. The Ringle Teens team will check the network status on the following Monday and contact you.
Common causes of network errors
In general, network problems are identified for the following reasons:
- When multiple devices are connected to a Wi-Fi router
- When your device is far away from the Wi-Fi router
- When programs heavy in their usage of the network bandwidth are running at the same time
Solutions
- Connect to a private network rather than a public network used in, for instance, a coffee shop.
- Bring your device closer to the router.
- Close all pages/programs other than Ringle Teens and Zoom.
- In case of an error on the PC, enter the mobile class through the Ringle Teens App.
- 🙋♀️ If the problem persists, please contact the Ringle Teens Team by clicking the chatbot in the lower right corner of our website. You can conduct a Zoom Test with us to diagnose the exact cause and help prevent the same problem from occurring again.
